Shipping policy

Where we ship

Canada and the United States. Orders to the United States may owe customs duties and taxes.

How long it takes

Production takes 4–6 weeks after you approve the proof. Shipping takes 5–7 business days after that, depending on location. You get a tracking number by email.

What it costs

Shipping is charged by distance and weight.

Team orders

Team orders ship in one box to one address, packed and labelled by player.

Team store orders

Store orders ship with the team order, or to each buyer if the store allows home delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email contact@jersied.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and photos of any damage. We'll replace it at our cost.
