Privacy policy

This policy explains what Jersied collects when you use jersied.com, the Team Manager and team stores, and what we do with it. We follow Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Your name, email address and password when you create an account. Your teams, designs, logos and rosters, including the names, numbers and sizes players send through a roster link. Delivery addresses and order details. Messages you send us through our forms. The country your connection comes from, which we check when you sign up.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, send proofs, order updates and receipts, run your team store, answer your messages, and keep the site secure. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the site: Stripe processes card payments (we never see or store your card number), Cloudflare protects our forms from spam and tells us which country a visit comes from, and our email and hosting providers deliver our messages and store our data. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Each of these handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms from forgery. If you start a team design before you log in, your browser holds it until you finish signing up.

Uploads

Every file you upload is scanned for viruses. Logos are kept privately and only used for your designs and orders.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and designs until you ask us to delete them, so reorders match. Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email contact@jersied.com. If you’re a player and want your name removed from a roster, ask your team manager or email us.
