From first design to the first game
Most orders take 6–8 weeks from first contact to delivery. Here's what happens at each step and what we need from you.

Design
- You
- Build it in the builder, or send your logo, colours and any references.
- We
- Our designers send concepts if you asked for help, and answer questions about cuts and fabric.
- Time
- 3–4 business days, depending on revisions

Approve the proof
- You
- Check the proof: colours, logo placement, fonts, and every name and number.
- We
- Send a digital proof of the front, back and sleeves. Changes are free until you approve.
- Time
- As long as you need
- 03
Collect the roster
- You
- Send the roster link to your players, or type the roster in yourself.
- We
- Flag duplicate numbers and missing sizes before anything is printed.
- Time
- Usually a few days

Production
- You
- Nothing. We email you when it ships.
- We
- Print, cut and sew every jersey, then pack them by player.
- Time
- 4–6 weeks

Delivery
- You
- Hand them out.
- We
- Ship everything in one box to one address, with tracking.

- 5–7 business days, depending on location

Questions
What if a player joins after we order?
Order more through the replacement program. We keep your design on file so the new jerseys match.
Do you need a deposit?
No deposit. You pay in full when you place the order, by credit card. Local customers can also pay by wire transfer or Interac e-Transfer.
Where do you ship?
Across North America: Canada and the United States. Shipping is charged by distance and weight. Orders to the United States may owe customs duties and taxes.
